Speak This To Activate The Blood Of Jesus for Spiritual Warfare

Hebrews 12: 24 says that Jesus’ blood speaks better things than that of Abel.

To get the full measure of what Jesus’ speaking blood does for us, we have to see what Abel’s blood produced. Genesis 4:9-12 shows when Cain killed Abel, that Abel’s blood cried out.

Then the Lord said to Cain, “Where is Abel your brother?”

He said, “I do not know. Am I my brother’s keeper?”

And He said, “What have you done? The voice of your brother’s blood cries out to Me from the ground. So now you are cursed from the earth, which has opened its mouth to receive your brother’s blood from your hand. When you till the ground, it shall no longer yield its strength to you. A fugitive and a vagabond you shall be on the earth.”

Notice that God is aware that Cain has killed Abel because Abel’s blood is crying out. This means that Abel’s blood was releasing testimony against Cain. It was asking for retribution and judgment on Cain. On the basis of what Abel’s blood was saying, God passed sentence on Cain. He would become a vagabond and a fugitive. On the other hand we are told that the blood of sprinkling or Jesus’ blood is speaking better things. The blood of Jesus cries for our forgiveness, clemency, redemption, and salvation. Jesus’ blood is not asking to be vindicated. His blood is asking that we would be forgiven and given a future. The blood is speaking better things. Notice also that the blood is speaking, not having spoken. This means that not only are our past sins forgiven, but anything that we do now we can appropriate this blood and come into agreement with its voice. As we repent, we agree with this blood and its voice. Repentance is essential to agreeing with the blood. I John 1:6-7 shows that we must bring things to the light. This means we come out of darkness through repentance.

If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth. But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.

Notice that only as we walk in the light as He is in the light does the blood cleanse and keep on cleansing us. Walking in the light does not mean perfect living. Walking in the light means honest living. In other words, I bring hidden things to light through confession and repentance. This is primarily before the Lord, but can involve people in certain situations. When I confess and repent I have stepped out of darkness and into the light. The blood is now speaking for me and cleansing me from all sin! I have taken advantage of that which is speaking for me and granting God the legal right to forgive me. God’s heart has always been to forgive; He just needed the legal right to do it. Jesus’ blood granted Him that legal right. When we come out of darkness and into light, the speaking blood now testifies for us. God’s passion can now be released concerning us.

The blood of Jesus is one of, if not the primary voice we should know how to agree with in the Courts. When we know how to use the blood, we can silence voices that are speaking against us. Isaiah 54:17 states that weapons that have been formed against us cannot prosper if we can silence voices.

“No weapon formed against you shall prosper,
And every tongue which rises against you in judgment
You shall condemn.
This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord,
And their righteousness is from Me,”
Says the Lord.

Note that the weapons are unable to prosper or be effective against us because the tongue that is driving them is condemned. A weapon can be a curse that is operating against our lives. The real issue isn’t the weapon/curse. The real issue is what is allowing it. Any weapon desiring to destroy us must have found a legal right to operate from. This right is always a tongue or voice speaking against us. I have found to not necessarily worry with the weapon as much as the voice that is speaking against me, granting it a legal right. Revelation 12:10-11 gives us major insight into this. We are told about the accuser of the brethren.

Then I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, “Now salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brethren, who accused them before our God day and night, has been cast down. And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.

The word accuser is the Greek word katagoros. It means one who brings a legal complaint and stands against you in the assembly. This isn’t someone in the natural who is angry with you, speaking bad things. This is speaking of the devil and his forces who are concocting evil reports and speaking them perpetually before the Courts of Heaven. These are testimonies designed to resist you and your God-ordained purpose. We get our English word categorize from this Greek word katagoros. The devil through his persistent attack against you seeks to put you in a box that is not of God’s making. The limits on your life are not from the Lord. This is why so many feel as if they cannot get into the destiny and future that the Lord made them for. There are voices speaking against you that must be silenced and condemned. The voices themselves have to be judged as illegal and unrighteous and their claim to speak renounced! When this happens, the box or category you have been assigned to by the satanic is broken and you go free.

Two of the main things the accuser seeks to do is fashion the way you see yourself and also the way others see you. Both of these will keep you from your God ordained destiny. If you see yourself insufficiently then you will not be motivated to go after the heights you were made for. If others see you incorrectly they will not extend to you the favor and opportunity that you need to reach the places you were made for. The devil uses voices before the Courts of Heaven to create these concepts in our minds but also the minds of others. The voices before the Courts grant the devil the legal right to actively fashion minds with these ideas. This is why we can be taught forever on identity and who we are in Christ and still never get it. It there is a constant stream of accusations coming against you, regardless of a teaching, you will feel these ways about yourself. You must know how to take the blood of Jesus and overcome through agreeing with its voice and not the voice of the accuser.

The same is true for the way others see you. We must know how to take the blood of Jesus into the Courts of Heaven and silence the voices of the accusers who are seeking to make others believe wrong things. When we repent of anything that the devil might have used to fashion these ideas and then ask for the blood to speak in the Courts, the accuser loses his right to voice these things against us. Our minds become free from shame, guilt, unworthiness, and rejection. We are liberated to believe the right things about ourselves. The minds of others can be free as well, and doors and opportunities can be opened that have been closed until now. This is all because the blood of Jesus is speaking better things than that of Abel. We are learning to agree with the activity that we have been granted entrance into. We are a part of this place and have a divine right to stand in the judicial systems of heaven and see legal rights granted for God’s purposes to be fulfilled. What a wonderful place and honor given to us as the saints of God.

Lord, we come before You as God, the Judge of All. Thank You that You are the Ancient of Days. We honor, worship, and adore You from this place. Would You allow us to present testimony and evidence that will cause decisions to be rendered and breakthroughs to come. Grant us grace that we might stand before You in the favor that has been given to us by the blood of Your Son.

As we stand here, we are aware of the great cloud of witnesses who are here in this place. We choose to partner with them as a part of the church in heaven and in earth. May our partnership allow the will of God to be done. We agree with their testimony before You that we might be remembered and decisions can be rendered for us.

Thank You, Lord, that You are the Mediator of the New Covenant. Thank You that all You have done and are doing is granting us the legal right to possess all that You died for. We agree with Your testimony/intercession through the power of the Holy Spirit. May we set evidence before the Courts of Heaven to see all You sacrificed for be realized.

We come into agreement with the blood of sprinkling that is speaking better things than that of Abel. His blood cried for judgment. Your blood is speaking for forgiveness, redemption, and redeeming of futures. Lord, we repent and come into the light as You are in the light. Let every voice claiming a right against us now be silenced in Jesus’ Name, amen!
