Discernment or Judgment

It is an interesting time to live in as a Follower of Christ. According to the scripture we are told to have discernment operating in our lives. Yet, the moment that one discerns any kind of error, they are quickly labeled as being judgmental. How do we discern and not judge? Are we judging when we discern? Is it Discernment or Judgment?
