Using the example of the great revival that broke out when Elijah called fire down from heaven on Mount Carmel, Andrew gives insight into true revival. The backslidden people fell on their faces and repented, then killed all the false prophets who threatened to stop the move of God. This was an explosive move of God. Jezebel threatened to kill Elijah through her messenger, and he fled. One wonders what would have happened had Elijah not relented and kept his foot on the accelerator of revival? We cannot let the enemy's threats move us out of what we are mantled to carry.
