Kairos vs. Chronos Time ~ Habakkuk 2

The prophetic movement has been experiencing some obvious struggles lately. This is bringing a re-alignment with and within the prophetic movement at this time.

Habakkuk 2 gives us a little glimpse into what exactly the “prophet” and prophetic voices are supposed to do. We often hear about writing the vision and making it plain, but what about the verse before and after that?

Habakkuk explains we are to wait upon the Lord, watch, and see what He is doing. Amie and I also dive into how this “waiting, watching and seeing” is all about understanding the Chronos time vs the Kairos time of God. The ancient Greeks had two words for time: chronos and kairos. The former refers to chronological or sequential time, while the latter signifies a proper or opportune time for action.
