Kathie Lee Gifford: Miracles Every Day

In my lifetime I have met and observed and interviewed an untold myriad of extraordinary people from thousands of different walks of life.

I hope along the way I’ve gained a little wisdom, too. I feel that I’ve grown to recognize the truth from the counterfeit, the real from the phony. People eventually reveal who and what they are. Now, it’s certainly not my place to judge anyone—that responsibility belongs to God alone. But the Bible warns us all, “Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test [them]” (1 John 4:1 NIV).

It also says, “Behold, I am sending you out as sheep in the midst of wolves; so be as wary as serpents, and as innocent as doves” (Matt. 10:16 NASB).

So, when a friend told me an incredible story about a woman named Joanne Moody, I reacted the way I usually do. I was intrigued but skeptical. I’ve just seen too much that disappointed me over the years and been brokenhearted too many times by people who proclaimed to know and love God while the fruit of their private life told a very different story.

When I tell you that Joanne Moody is the real deal, I hope you believe me.

She is indeed a devout and devoted servant of the Living God. She does heal the sick. She does prophesy. She does command demons to flee and she has watched as the Holy Spirit has miraculously moved in countless lives, releasing them from a lifetime of brokenness. All because she prays. And because she has suffered so much for so long, Jo understands the pain of others in a way that very few of us could. And because she loved the One who redeemed her from her own indescribably agony—her Savior and the lover of her soul, Jesus—she has committed the rest of her life to working alongside Him to set others free. Free indeed!

Joanne is inexhaustible in her devotion and yet maintains a surprising “wicked” sense of humor. She delights in a God who loves laughter. And, yes, has been known to break into a Motown song with the voice of a soulful angel. With pretty impressive choreography!

I am honored to call her my beloved friend and sister in the Kingdom. And I’m thrilled that you are about to embark on an extraordinary journey into deeper truths that dwell in the spiritual realms. Take her hand. You can trust her. And just like Joanne, you too can experience Everyday Supernatural.
